Tina Bishai,
President, Active Health Eldercare Division
Ms. Bishai joined Active Health in 1999 as a Registered Physiotherapist with Bachelor of Science degrees in human biology and physiotherapy from the University of Toronto, and received an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2002. She was appointed Vice President, Operations for Active Health Management in 2002 and promoted to President, Active Health Eldercare Division in 2010.
 
Her clinical and consulting experience along with her focus on systems, data capture and analysis in pursuing continuous quality improvement in patient care have demonstrated the benefits of rehabilitation, prevention and wellness to reduce emergency room visits and hospital admissions.

Molly Marrack ,
Implementation Specialist, Operations Consultant
Molly Marrack holds a BA in Business Administration.  She is a senior business manager with strong operational and administrative experience focused in healthcare service delivery. Molly has been instrumental in the successful implementation of ACTIVE’s Rehabilitation Service to over one-hundred Homes throughout Ontario.

Mark Chignell,
Research Partner 
Mark Chignell is a professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto, Director of the Bell University Pervasive Collaboration Laboratory, a Visiting Scientist at the IBM Centre for Advanced Studies, and Associate Director for Research at the Knowledge Media Design Institute. Previously he was an assistant professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California (1984-1990). He is also President of Vocalage Inc. a consulting company that specializes in oursourced research, statistical analyses, usability engineering, and voice applications. He holds a Ph.D in Mathematical Psychology from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand) and an M.A.Sc. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Ohio State University.
