Long Term Care and Retirement Home Managers

Active Health Services have been part of our home for the past two years and a couple of months. There are not enough positive things that can be said about this wonderful service. We have worked together in all aspects of therapy care. Residents look forward to their visits, especially our assistant physio who all the lady residents have adopted as their own. These residents look forward to the exercise program, will usually be sitting waiting patiently for staff to assist with the set-up. Statistics show there are fewer falls and those who have fallen received no injury. This was one of our main goals in our falls preventative program. As I work in the restorative department my job has been enhanced with this program and even the families have commented about the positive outcomes.

In conclusion I truly give this company a great review and for anyone wanting feedback I would definitely give a positive comment. Quality of life for our residents has improved and will continue with this program in place.

We have worked with ACTIVE Health Management for over 10 years.  While other providers may deliver adequate physiotherapy treatment, ACTIVE goes above and beyond in addressing problems specific to our Home and residents.

ACTIVE is the only company  to our knowledge, that offers a truly innovative approach to reducing falls and keeping residents independent and safe.   ACTIVE is able to provide us with data reports which we can all use  and do use, to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and continually improve upon the service  to ensure our residents have a better quality of life .  We are thrilled that our falls statistics are improving  with our residents who are on the program, and in turn allows them to be more independent.
