ADP Assessments

Let ACTIVE qualify you for the Ontario Government’s Assistive Devices Program (ADP).  Following an assessment by one of our qualified ADP authorizers, you will qualify for up to 75% funding of a new walker, wheelchair or scooter.

Short Wait Times

ACTIVE is able to arrange for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to visit you in your home within 3 days.  Short wait times mean quicker recovery.
