We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Toronto.
This position can be full time, part-time, salaried or contracted.
Essential Functions:
In-home assessments and return to ADL programs
Work site assessments and return to work programs
Job demands analyses (physical and cognitive)
Attendant care needs assessments and follow up treatment
Transferable skills analysis & vocational rehabilitation services
Educational needs / issues assessments and school function related treatment
Caregiving assessments and functional treatment programs
Follow-up with healthcare providers and third-party payers in order to pro-actively manage cases
Qualifications/Requirements
Occupational Therapist in good standing with COTA
Arcon, Hanoun or Matheson Training preferred but not mandatory
Must be able to set priorities in order to fulfill commitments and meet deadlines
Ability to handle high work volumes and ability to multi-task on a daily basis
Ability to communicate through clear and concise correspondence
Knowledge of the Ontario Auto Insurance Legislation as it pertains to healthcare an asset

management of physiotherapy services to Homes in regions across Ontario.
The position will require meeting
with new Homes, working with staff of the Home to integrate physiotherapy into their Home, conducting quality
assurance and performance reviews, and assisting with the assessment of new residents. Successful candidates
must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel. Experience working in a Long Term care or
